Experience required:
20+ yrs, of experience in Business Development and Execution of Projects, Generating new business, Enhance business with existing clients and Managing P&L of SBU
Role & Responsibilities:
• Strategy to achieve business targets for 3 years and so on
• Experience of multi-disciplinary projects and contracts related to Refineries, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Steel Plants, Pharma, other Chemical complexes and process industries
• Proven expertise in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Structural Engineering
• Accountable for Attaining top line and also bottom line of SBU
• Management of Cash Flow, Working Capital and P&L of SBU and market share in relation to pre-set standards of industry and economic trends
• Business Planning, Execution and Growth on short term and long term
• Motivating the SBU team for optimum performance so as to achieve the business results
• Setting up Revenue targets for team
• Select and mentor talent in team with succession planning in mind
• Spotting market opportunities for new customers
• Attending various management reviews, industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
• Previous experience of successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business
• Knowledge of Flare Systems, Process Equipment & EPC Contracts
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
• Strong executional capability
• Strong customer orientation
• Business & financial acumen

Short term – Achieve Monthly/Quarterly Targets ,Control Manpower cost,
Long term – Cost economizing, Resource Management, Manage relations with internal & external Stakeholders/ Customers.
