The role holder will support in Business Performance Management activities including but not limited to tracking of key deliverables, data analysis, preparation of documents for CEO for various meetings and discussions with Shareholders, media, industry body, etc.
The role holder will be expected to support the performance improvement programmes to meet Insurance requirements. The role can take on many aspects – from straightforward process improvements to detailed and innovative consultancy analysis of market and business trends. In a fast-moving environment, the job holder is expected to keep abreast and in some cases ahead of industry trends in the area of responsibility.
The role holder should have ability to work under limited supervision.
