Responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy, involves budgeting, sales forecasting & overall Branch Management.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Direct all operational aspects of Branch including Sales, Distribution, Channel Sales, Human resources, administration and sales
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • Manage budget and allocate funds along with Branch Accountants
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Should be stable in Job.
