The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep their calm in a high-pressure environment
coordinating business with CEO of the company. The candidate should have the ability to handle a broad variety of
Executive cum administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization including
assisting with special projects, designing, and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations, collecting
and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties.
Managing Business Heads office
1) Operate as an ambassador for the CEO’s office. A strong ability to network both within the department and across
the business and building key relationships.
2) To manage the business Heads office in an efficient, effective and professional manner.
3) Be the internal communication linkage and coordinator between the various offices
Reviews & MIS Analysis
1) Preparation of Monthly /Quarterly Review Presentations. Coordinating with various departments to get relevant
information
2) Keep a track of all MOM/ Action Points and follow-up with respective team members for closures
3) Manage and coordinate various business development projects and strategic initiatives
4) Analyzing and monitoring monthly, quarterly, yearly business performance against set targets in Business Plan.
Highlight the variances and critical analysis on the possible reasons
System and ERP control sufficiency
Monitor ERP new initiatives / changes / on behalf of CEO and have tight controls on
1) Requirements initiated — Track the requirements raised and assign importance to each requirement. Participate in
weekly review meetings
2) Timelines — As per the targets set by IT team.
