Chief Operating Officer Full Time

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for:

• Overseeing Manufacturing Operations of the plants (Bulandshehr, UP and Bhachau, Gujarat) and which include – Production, Engineering & Design, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, etc.
• Monitor various indices to evaluate performance of the plant such as:
  • Order Adherence Ratio (%)
  • Manufacturing Cost
  • Cost Reduction in RM vis-à-vis last year (%)
  • Product Quality & Process Quality
  • Average Inventory level (%)
• Drive Manufacturing Excellence through projects such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Innovation etc.
• Ensuring that necessary compliances are followed such as for Safety, Environment etc.
• Administration of corrective action, non-conformity review, and disposition at the plant for IMS.
• Provide resources and administer for smooth operations at the plant, for IMS.
• Team Management
• Ensuring compliance to legal and regulatory requirements on IMS aspects for the plant premises, activities, products, and services.
