Chief Business Officer Full Time

Our client is a reputed listed company with a few decades of successful track record in the manufacturing / engineering sector. The company is growing rapidly and is seeking to appoint a CBO as it scales up the business to grow 100%+ in next 2 years.

The Role:

We are looking for a Chief Business Officer who will support business growth / scale up as the company optimises performance of existing plants; and develops new plants across India, on the back of a strong order book and improving prices. The goal is for strong growth, meeting customer requirements of tomorrow, building on the success the company has built over the years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• supporting the CEO/MD in developing the strategic direction
• helping to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success

The company expects you to be a successful leader, with P&L responsibility and track record of leading a mid-sized manufacturing company. A strong financial management background, an inspiring leader, a strong business mindset and sense of ownership is desired in the candidate.

The applicant should have an impressive track record in managing business and financial operations. The CBO will be responsible for delivering growth and profits through improved performance of plants, setting new plants, and key projects.
