| Variable Fees | A placement fee as % of the total fixed compensation ("TFC") agreed with the successful candidate will be payable within 7 days of the candidate joining the Hiring Organisation. Default Placement fees are 15% of the TFC; or as detailed in a written agreement between XpertReach and the Hiring Organisation. |
